I have been an owner since they floated and have been involved in a number of their land syndicates. They are a very well run company and cannot understand why the stock has not done better when you consider that their land bank that significantly increasing in value in recent times ( I am assuming this due to escalating land prices )
I got involved in their last syndicate this year and it was well over subscribed as they have many loyal repeat customers as we have always done very well for their land sydicications.
I quess they are just a "boring stock " in terms of investors. I have been hanging on as I would have thought that their large land bank would be on interest to someone ?? Therefore takeover potential.
