Actually that table is not even accurate. KCN reported total production costs of $1239 for Chatree and $1027 for Challenger for a combined $1106 and this includes total costs without capitalising any development costs. A true AISC would be less than 1106/oz for KCN. Your table has $1252/oz and I can't see where that comes from unless they are reporting only KCN's smaller Challenger mine which would be misleading -unless the table indicated that it was comparing only underground mines but I can't see that in your post.
