Frustrating when the headlines say energy sector boosted the ASX today when it was mostly the majors (Santos, Woodside) and related large service firms. The sector map shows that many junior oilers were flat or down.
I wonder whether the drop at TXN and some other junior oilers was due to people or funds quickly swapping into Santos and Woodside as they saw momentum building there?
I'm already past my limit on TXN for a balanced portfolio, and a bit frustrated with their sleepy business behaviour, but I bought a bit more today.
