Good news for copper but the supply demand thing has always osilated, to much supply, mines shut, low grade deposits put on hold then things turn around price heads skyward, takes time to bring the lower grade mines back on line, etc etc. I think this artical is a bit over the top, compareing copper to peak oil!! come on!, you cant recycle fuel, the higher the price of copper the more incentive to recycle. Plenty of low grade deposits waiting for the price to make them viable.
Still if they are rite about the stock piles deminishing and a supply shortage then KZL is in the position to take advantage of this...
Just a thought, if China has been stockpiling since the GFC they would have a bloody big pile of copper on hand by now???? Wont there stockpiles be full soon??
