After the USA military decided that Peak Oil was coming soon enough to be a concern (5 years?) the German military has decided that 2010, now, you are in it moment, is Peak Oil. Did the earth shift for you?

Even worse, National Geographic has opened up the discussion on Peak Coal, i.e. that coal use is about to max out as shallow high quality reserves are exhausted and deeper, thinner, crudier sources have to be developed.

That is why I am into Underground Coal Gasification; it will transition us until PV and storage become mainstream.
