i feel the same , should mcc shareholders take peabody offer they take home good cash , personally speaking being a mcc holder would be happy to see nhc come with a better deal , doesnt have to be cash incentive , that bit can stay as it is but more nhc shares to what was offer , ultimately mcc assets are prized possession and nhc should recoope the price paid within a short period of time , unfortunately mother nature doesnt easily lay assets like what mcc has .might not sound too good for now but in future share holders will appreciate the move , and visionary management team will spot that .
