Cujo I don’t buy your theory.
You can’t go to a potential partner or financier if you don’t know all the facts. The FAR chairman pointed out at the AGM 2 years ago that they were simply not given enough or all the facts and so could not make an informed decision. Even if it was at the last minute or even if they had not been able to take up the PE rights is irrelevant if COP refused to give them the information they needed.
On that basis FAR have always said they have a solid reason to take this to arbitration and I think they are right.
