I think July will see the arguments from either side. I don't expect any decision to come then...... but I don't have any clue how it works really. One would assume the arbiters have swatted up on Senegalese law.
The government seem to think a December extension for the exploration PSC will be long enough for maybe enough clarity to formally approve the exploitation plan?
But as I said maybe Ya is right and technical approval is enough for FID to happen...... who knows? I'll ask far for clarity. DB
