Largely irrelevant really though....If you bought in to FAR on the premise of PE I think you would have bigger problems....not much of an investment theory and in my humble opinion not much downside from current sp in a PE defeat but very large upside, I believe, especially given how far advanced the project will be by the time a decision is handed down, linked with a possible CNE sell down, there could be a very large chunk up for sale....
I doubt there are too many Senegalese petroleum code experts here....or anywhere for that matter.
Christmas we should know more IMO. I don't think its a coincidence the PSC has been extended until December, and according to FAR , the exploitation approval delay.......and I don't believe any in the JV were expecting that.
