As you continually quote the shareholder's value (share price) as a measure of Management's success. Well lets do it then.
More than 95% of shareholders (especially long term SH) are DEEP under water!!!
Now, does that not mean Management have Failed?
Can a substantial shareholder like Farjoy sell out without destroying the SP?
Of course not.
What you are suggesting is that shareholders should become Traders like you (buy and sell at every opportunity)!!!
Btw, when did FAR management indicate to shareholders when to buy and when to sell?
They didn't and they are NOT allowed to.
Their primary mandate for which they received a total remuneration package of $4M per year plus millions of Free shares is to add shareholder's value. How have they done that in the last 4 years? NO.
Repeat 95% of investors (not traders) in FAR are Deep Underwater!!!
In the last 4 plus years, Management would have received a total $16M plus tens of millions of Free Shares. What did the majority of shareholders in FAR received - Big Red blots in their portfolio. Even FARJOY would be at least 30% underwater!!!
