Been over this many times.....
WPL claim PE rights to the holding company do not exist and never existed.
WPL and COP say PE rights to the JV working interest existed but expired after 30 days when nobody took up the offer.
FAR claim the notice they got did not comply and as a result they did not have enough information to know if it was worth taking up the PE rights to buy the holding company on the same terms as WPL. They ask the tribunal to decide.
