So just wondering how this works as COP did issue a notice that FAR received and had no issue with initially, the issue FAR had was re it requested additional information that COP did not want to provide. So did COP withdraw this notice!. Here we are again on the thread second guessing what did and did not happen. Its clear there was a process, what remains in doubt was it in line with the JOA and did the parties act reasonably.
Not expecting much in July.
