IMO Senegal, COP, WPL and CNE all believe the possibility that FAR are just being opportunistic, In fact PC has already publicly confirmed this as his opinion.
After the arbitrators have analysed the preliminaries they should be able to confirm this opinion as correct or conversely declare that FAR do infact have a legitimate case to answer.
If the latter is correct the dynamics of this issue wIll take on biblical proportions. The JV partners and Senegal cannot ignore the possibly of there being a wrong doing.or unethical behaviour.
At that time FAR will assume the mantle of credibility and will be firmly in the box seat.
