As I said, I would not be surprised if the directors were not sellers, but they dont account for all JRL shareholders.

Like I said, its a tough call for me. I have placement offers coming out of my backside at the moment and obviously i need the cash to fund them. So even if JRL directors told use to decline any offer, not sure I would take their advice regardless of future potential.

Of course, if JRL directors were to come out and state categorically that they would return say $1 per share to shareholders from the EME consideration, then that would change my decision completely.

Not arguining with you, just stating its an angle PDN could (should) consider.
