Even still if they aren't important to PDN why retain them??

I still think PDN likes this asset and my theory/opinion is, like any good businessman JB understandably would want to pick them up for as cheaply as possible.

I dare say regardless of whether PDN is or isn't interested those who maybe, aside from what's already on the table, would have sighed a huge relief that the share price settled back to the low dollar mark as at $1.15 plus their offer would have to have been higher than this figure to entice share holders with a counter bid. (Bear in mind each cent equates to around 1.2 million dollars).
