    There are so many ways to cut up this apple.

    The directors of JRL control a fair bit more JRL than it appears with close friends and family hidden away on the register.

    Then there is the ethics of whether LD is acting for EME or JRL shareholders.

    Nevertheless you are quite correct...everyone has a price so who knows what will happen.

    I still expect PDN to take the lot or none at all.
