Cheating them out? Was there any other option in order to take the company out of bankruptcy? Imho the previous management should be held accountable for this disaster, they went on a buying and expansion spree without securing any production thought long term contracts, absolute nonsensical reckless behaviour.
The new management is yet to be proven capable but they seem to be quite more conservative than the previous one.
