The new 98% shareholders are in a position to do anything they like with the share price. Manipulating a very high share price would look suspicious considering the present state of the company in running at a loss and no big increase in spot price looking likely. At present they need to maintain an adequate sp for a capital raise margin because PDN will run out of operating funds very soon, even insufficient funds to keep LHM under C&M. Otherwise an asset sale will be needed to supply cash. Maybe another note raise is on the cards given the attraction of manipulation of the share price. Maybe the old sell 24% 0f LHM to CNNC might make a comeback? The 98% shareholders are also in a position to negotiate a TO should the market cap reach a level sufficient to yield them a profit. The market cap at present of around $300M is cheap for purchase of the whole show eg for CNNC to secure supply or for another buyer patient for a return to higher spot price. CNNC seems to fit the plan going on recent history. They won't want the mine under C&M.
