My Technical Analysis of Prana trading pattern

The trading pattern over the last few weeks - IMO indicates accumulation.  It appears to me that stock for sale is taken in at or near the offering price.
In other words the buyers are stepping up at any near offer price.  My take is accumulation is being transacted as quietly as possible.  I am a long time holder so you can write this off as me just being hopeful.  The lack of any news release is frustrating but to look at those "in the know" position why would they want to drum up interest and cause a run on the stock.  Until they have accumulated all that is available at these prices why would they?
