Thanks skint, good to know the rules.
I am not trying to defend the management but this new PBT2 paper for sure caused a sudden crisis in the management just when they had made a deal with Sinclair. Everything was planned and shareholder meeting was in the plans and money was promised. Then this crisis. Sudden need to negotiate with different organizations and also with Sinclair about the deal ( does it have a future ???).
So IMO everything is now under negotiation and nobody knows anything for sure. Of course Prana could and most likely even should tell us that there is this sudden new positive problem and they are now negotiating to get the best possible result to shareholders.
