Thank you HeadSet. Not so many years left ( end of 2025) for PBT2 unless there are possibilities with a totally new indication. But Prana has many other quinolines and they could have similar possibilities with bacteria, who knows. PBT434 could also work as it is also a zinc chelator but not so strong as is PBT2.
