    The BOD of Prana seem to be comotose (for a few years, in fact)!  I'm seriously wondering if they're interested in having a successful Company, or if they're hoping BioSciences (is that the name of the $44M investor?) will take over and do all the work.  Maybe Kempler wants to retire and enjoy the fruits of his extraordinary salary!
