First, Big THANK YOU to Headset.  What an amazing find!
Skint probably hit it on the head - the coincidence between the relatively obscure published paper to Sinclair's offer.  Picking up a potential blockbuster for peanuts - don't blame him for trying.  Is Prana committed to his offer?  I surely hope not.  It came after the AGM and I would think SH should have a say!

Curiously, checked the NASDAQ and it's as if nothing has happened.  Less than 8000 shares traded today...ho hum...
