I'm not in the profession, but how does it work that the  owner of the intellectual rights to a drug is not informed on results of trials about said drug before it goes public? 

And how can they be able to not report these findings to the market as they are indeed price sensitive? 

The spec value for news like this is tremendous. 

The same can be asked about the head trauma results also not being published to the asx.
