PBL maybe still made to cough up the $135 mill they agreed to underwrite for the rights issue ,then 2 weeks later pulled out ,that would be good news for the creditors being screwed & not to good for PBL shareholders who already lost$500 mill so i guess another $135 mill is no big deal. PBL is loosing its management premium in the mkt place & if suddenly old man packer goes to the big casino in the sky look out below for PBL shares.one /tel inquiry is a amazing insight to a absolute management disaster with the so called mkt guru packer & PBL management having no idea what was going on.
PBL the one.tel ghost maybe back to haunt!
