    I understood the offer becomes unconditional at >50.1% acceptance.

    Ferrovial in their bid statement encouraged early acceptance so that payment can be made asap. I interpreted that to be "payment within 10 business days as soon as >50% acceptance".

    Hope we don't have to wait a month from now..
