Yeah, interesting.
Looks like the company is putting all its chips on the Singapore plant. Someone in Singapore wants to see the plant begin, but the only way to get there is via Nusep, and for that Nusep has to survive.
So the Singaporean has to nurse Nusep through the establishment of the plant.
That's the only explanation I can give. I must stress I am a small shareholder who knows nothing but what Rager tells me and what I read in official announcements.
Certainly hope we've got the cash in the bank this time!
