Can someone explain to me why the issue was at 7c, and yet, we haven't seen Directors stump up to support the market for shareholders, like us?
Could you explain to me why this investor put money up for shares they could have bought in the market at better prices, for, say $50k and assured that the price is better than 7c? Wouldn't it have been better to at least buy some shares in the market, up to 7c first?
Can someone explain to me if there is another, hidden, part to this deal? And would any 'back-door deal' only come at a cost to us shareholders? Did the company agree to pay some 'fee' to a party for 'arranging' this deal? Is this what the auditor has really resigned about?
Can someone tell me if the new investor is linked to our latest board member, who is from Singapore? Can someone tell me if there are any conditions put on the investment?
HAVE WE GOTTEN THE MONEY??? Aren't we still owed over $1m from a Singapore investor and share issue/option? Isn't this loan bearing 0% for us?
This is the only statement in this post.
Should we expect answers to any of these questions?
