agree constantine, 3D does have a good discovered asset and exploration upside, but Noel's good technical abilities do not necessarily translate into good commercial deals

also, a high oil price environment can actually be a bad time to sell. high oil prices give the project a higher NPV and prospective buyers may be reluctant to pay higher premiums.

Noel is also 3DOil's largest single shareholder. I wonder if this may have biased his approach to farm-ins by seeking too high a price or made him reluctant to relinquish control of the farm-in process to those more qualified?
