We are often bound by the fact that we only ever see the
company name, "Red Sky Energy" or the ASX code "ROG".

Not sure how many of you are aware of "the company model"?
One that has become extremely fragmented over the years of
company evolution and is becoming difficult to keep track
of. Possibly the way RG likes it......

Yes, ROG is the company but who are the "PAWNS OF THE SKY"?

Let me attempt to clarify.

Current Farm-ins with:

Clarence Moreton Resources Pty Ltd

- 30% earned in PEL's 457 and 479
- also rights to earn interest in PEL 478 and PSPA 37
- these guys are a subsidiary company to East Coast Power
Pty Ltd.
- owned by Mr Glen Cunningham and Mr Peter Francis family
interests and T20 shareholders in ROG.

Resolve GEO Pty Ltd

- ATP 946 in QLD (Yaraka Project)
- right to earn 100%
- Not much happening here from what I can see, have a
website if your interested

Clark Oil and Gas

- ATP 840 in QLD (Taroom Trough Project)
- 18.75% earned and seeking Farm-in to drill (cause we
don't have the cash)

Current wholly owned subsidiaries:

Cydonia Resources Pty Ltd (acquired 2009)

- has been the operator for PEL's 457 and 479 in the
Clarence Moreton Basin and was responsible for preparation
of the REF's for both Annvale and Talma
- RG was conscripted to ROG as part of this acquisition

Norwest Hydrocarbons Pty Ltd (acquired 2009)

- PEL's 465, 466 and 467 + applications
- REF for drilling of the Carinda well was prepared by
Cydonia Resources on behalf of Norwest Hydrocarbons and
Red Sky
- dont see much more going on here either

Surat Resources Pty Ltd (acquired 2009)

- PELA's 123, 124 and 125
- never heard of any further progress here
- acquired from "Francis and Cunningham Family interests"

Summerland Way Energy Pty Ltd

- Now this one I have only seen just recently. Got a
mention in the last annual report and has a current
application in for PELA 135. PELA 135 is currently listed
as PSPA 37 and held by Clarence Moreton Resources.

Are we all confused? Wouldn't blame you if you were. My
head hurts.........

Oh, and just one more note. Mr Philip Jackson, a contact
for the recently submitted REF is also ex BHP :) Seems
when RG left BHP he dragged some mates with him?? Philip
is the General Manager of EIR and RG the MD.

So, when you see "Red Sky Energy" or "ROG" you are in fact
dealing with many more pawns in the game of chess we see.
