I agree, standards have slipped badly, and in a this companys life cycle now is not the time to have a few half hearteds on the job milking it dry.Managemnt is key. What happended to the improved lab times promised long ago. I might add the announcement of Peter Criddles resignation was one of the bluntest I have read. Obvious things weren't all peaches and cream there. Sounds to me like the "team" wasn't functioning properly. Morgan stanley may be keen on these but the bears are all over it at the moment.
