I had far more detail in previous posts and so did others.
This is not about the worthiness of auditors. It is about legal systems of all normal countries. The system says if you want to remit money overseas, you are suspected of tax dodging intent unless proven otherwise.
Xpd didn't pay the previous auditors at all until MJC directors came to save the day. New auditors rightly demanded a risk premium. Tell me, if you refuse to pay your auditors, can you by some miracle get dividends out? And yes to a parent company domiciled overseas no less. What do the tax and finance departments think of Xpd? Sure thing almighty Xpd! Your wish be granted now and to eternity.
