I might have missed it but nowhere I can see is there mention that CE is granted, will be granted, etc. There is clever language in there and I'm just saying to ppl, this mob have been round and round for ages now. Always "gunner" get approval and it hasn't come yet.
What about their stock? No confirmation of acceptance re expiry from the external authorities yet. Not saying there won't be, just pointing out that as of now, they're sitting on a huge inventory of possibly unusable stock.
Their only other asset is IP and without CE approval that's very intangible imo.
so don't read into it what your brain wants to read, read the facts.
