I agree with you about the need for patience and perseverance; they are essential for exploration success over the longer term, although some discoveries come easier than others. However the complaint here is, IMO, inadequate reporting at perhaps the most important juncture of the company's life.

Sure, I'll be as patient as I need to be - but please keep us reasonably informed of status. We can understand that delays happen sometimes. Exploration updates do not have to be confined to material information; they can be of lesser status content but which is still valued by shareholders - especially after such titillating foreplay as Yathella and the down hole EM targets at Collerina.

I dislike public criticism when company officials are not in a position to respond; it's often unfair and can create an unbalanced impression when a company has done other and much more important things extremely well e.g. as here. Helix has accumulated an extraordinarily high potential acreage portfolio and certainly has a team that can discover its potential, having carefully put the acreage package together - well done Mick Wilson for that. Big tick.

Nevertheless, I reluctantly suggest that our current reporting performance is not matching our fantastic acreage acquisition campaign. What makes it perplexing is that it could be fixed so easily. We've done the important work really well, and now I sincerely hope we will be kept better informed about our exploration timelines.
