    sar on 10.5x, sbm on 9.8x

    possibly wont ever get those premiums given it lacks the 200koz+pa lvg and a multi-pit scenario wont \have the same appeal to instos given how it limits scale

    but does suggest 40c sp - ~6.0x ev/gross margin is eminently reasonable and achievable
