Think you summed it up well Metalmad, Im just trying to make sense of the selling. Obviously a large holder keen to sell down at whatever price, not very smart if you ask me.
Charting is far less reliable with micro/small caps, A price collapse does not need high volume to either commence or to end a downwards movement. A down trend or up trend can suddenly end with little fanfare imo.
Reasons to invest;
Management (Catcha group) has a history of success, ICQ, IPP, these companys now have carsales.com and newscorp/REA as major investors.
Low overheads, blue sky potential, very small risks of failure.
Only costs are staff and office space along with small accusitions which are gradually building into a portfolio of quality websites.
Diversification across many countries in south east Asia, with a range of sales websites.
Barriers to entry, anyone can build a website and sell products but it takes an experienced team to build up a large enough audience, IBuy have shown they are increasing both unique visitors and members with the last half report. Subscribers up from 7.15m in january to 8.2m in June.
This company is not trying to be the next Amazon or Ebay but to be the alternative using flash sales promotions.
