At 22c they are 2c off record lows. Management is not good at managing business otherwise it wouldn't be going backwards with cash deficits - a profit is long overdue.
Saying sit tight and wait potentially years for the business to turn around is not the best use of anyone's money. Better off putting your money in something that is currently growing and *if* this turns around come back for a revisit.
