mate, all the time. you wouldnt believe how bad it is.
it is not an occasional problem. it is a constant problem given it rains here to some extent almost every day (though the weather has been unseasonablly pleasant for 4 days).

so many delays on so many days. the underground is very very old and is in need of massive repair. hti will get contracts as obviously the historical methods have not done a very good job plus, they are so much more expensive, time consuming and unreliable.

i just cant see LUL fixing their problems without hti.
