I doubt txn management will let the deal get done before these results are out, they know what is down there, but a cash offer from aut would have to be double the sea offer otherwise we all get taxed through the nose. Prefer sitting on sea and letting them drill the crap out of this asset and then watch the value go up, they seem to know how to drill enough to make it valuable and appear to be better buisness men, txn only seem to be able to drill oil and couldn't sell ice in the Middle East.

Volume has dried up because there is no excitement anymore, everyone is pissed off with the sell and until other offers if any come in this is what we have a stock dead in the water. Unless sea use that cash to buy something but I expect they are saving it just in case they have to sweeten the pot say 10c cash plus 2 for 1. I doubt they ofer up any further shares as they won't want to dilute their sh and piss them off.

Just my thoughts, by the way even comments have dried up so this really is dead in the water.
