The Oaklands area is in drought with the crops failing again this season through lack of water. Do you know the price of water down there!!Where are they going to pump this water from and just how much will it cost!Anyway if company execs are in Oaklands area this Friday they can catch James Blundell and co at a free drought concert at Urana Soldiers Memorial Hall.Another point is in just what condition is the rail network in from Oaklands!!And the roads are just country roads!I will admit the local council is excited!Unfortunately guys this could go lower as market and recession fears scare investors to sell.
