Weather this is true or not, someone is clearly is accumulating. This really is a no brainer with SVL low on cash and a CR imminent. There are only two decent options left on the ASX if you want primary exposure to Silver namely IVR and ARD. IVR is still basing near long term lows and looks primed for a breakout from a TA perspective. ARD is still stuck in a long term down trend and still needs to do a lot of work to break out of that trend. If you look at the below Silver Chart and have a look at what happened in 2016 when Silver broke out above the trend line and compare to where the chart is now, things certainly look promising.
If you compare the above chart to the IVR chart for the same period then you can see a pretty solid investment case here. In any case if Silver continues to run then I don't see prices hovering around 1c for very long and that's without factoring in any potential news regarding a JV partnership for the Maslin's IOCG target.
