Well said the ground that Antipa has pegged can not be discounted as average or irrelevant in the area. It often is overlooked that they have been here a long time and had pick of the ground. ground cover I believe will play a large role in mining cost as they move to miners in the future. This is a chance of owning a piece of a possible tier 1 mine at the ground level. It is not a quick process but gets more and more expensive as time and discoveries go on.
