Well, there's no denying that its certainly NOT a global patent. Looks like the lilly was gilded just a touch in trhe prospectus by the use of "patent pending"
The Patent is under fierce pushback by IP Australia, UK IPO (Patent Office) and has been withdrawn from the European Patent Office. In fact, the patent looks very dead in these countries, which casts doubt over the integrity of the US patent, if / when challenged.
Isnt the EU a core market?
