For the record, Dr Garner fairly recently said that his company - Novogen/Kazia - took the protection of its IP very seriously. He added that Novogen/Kaszia lawyers were in discussions with Noxopharm lawyers.
Can't remember that?
From that point, the fork in the road has led to a compromise. It is reasonable to speculate that Novogen/Kazia could have sought a legal remedy if it wanted to take that chance.
On your own Novogen/Kazia threads there was clearly speculation that court proceedings should be pursued.
By the way, in your second reference to the words protracted litigation, you actually say protected litigation.
In your post you want details .. how about you put more attention into your own details.
