WBT according to its website has 16 patents and looking to further that portfolio.
NXR has literally done nothing In regard to relisting NXR on the ASX in another investment outside of WBT.
We are left in the position of valuing the patents.
The patents were financed predominantly through NXR capital raisings and Australian Government grants.
How do we protect Austalian Intellectual property funded by Australian Government grants and an Australian company listed on the ASX.
The only question I have, which has not been answered is.....
How much are the patents worth?
If NXR and WBT go into administration..... Are the patents sold off and proceeds shared amongst investors?
Who owns the patents when the companies wind up? Or given the probable security aspects of the patents, the appropriate Australian government agency should be involved.
Thoughts fellow shareholders?
Thanks
