Another one The Cove Hotel is the latest hospitality venue to join the CCP network. Set in the spectacular Patterson Lakes area in Victoria, the hotel is located on the marina waterfront. Known as a premier dining and entertainment establishment, food quality is a top priority. The Cove has installed CCP to support its food service operations, where refrigeration is mission critical. CCP offers a simple low-cost way for food service businesses to strengthen food safety and automate refrigeration temperature record-keeping for regulatory compliance; and with CCP smart tags installed in fridges, staff are immediately alerted by email/SMS if temperature tolerances are breached.
