    Thats the biggest problem with performance share ! On top of receiving a great salary they also recieve free shares for ??? Have no problem on giving out bonuses for milestones reach , but huge amount of performance shares should only be given out once real revenue is reached and the company is not running on a oily rag imo . I might as well give all my employees a bonus in January 2019 , would that make them work harder for the rest of the 12 months ? Don’t think so
