Around this time last year (from memory) a VPR update outlined how ATEN negotiations were progressing, a contract was being refined and a time line was indicated.
The time line indicated that the ATEN contract would be signed & moving forward by early 2H 2018.
There was no mention of the need for a patent to make this happen.
Management have missed their own time line by a long way. They say they have a system that now allows them to capture & sell power to a mining site for leas than it would cost them to generate the power themselves.
Seems like a no brainer if it was real. What's the problem?
Something is very, very wrong here.
