The take home message I got from my mates who own as much AQO as I do, but know a lot more, is don't sweat at all. In contrast to beach acreage, Aqo lease has less pressure, much more liquids (that will pay for the wells on their own, and much lower co2.
Don't ask for detail. I didn't have time to digest it. I just took the take home message and look how the price is holding up compared to ICN and beach.
