and here is the comment from the ultra bull on BPT, Macquarie. Even they say it was short of expectations........it really puts the pressure on Halifax. If Halifax is poor then all bets would seem to be off for shale gas......

Mixed results from Moonta
• BPT released peak flow rates at Moonta-1, the first well to test the basin-centred gas potential of the Nappamerri Trough.
• While a peak flow rate of 2.6mmscf/day is the highest rate achieved thus far, it is likely to fall short of expectations.
• Maintain Outperform. While we expect some weakness on the back of this result, it does confirm the basin-centred gas potential in the Cooper Basin.
